Background

Ethan W. G is a competitive swimmer and certified lifeguard based in British Columbia. Through his experience training multiple hours per day and transitioning between strokes, he developed an interest in injury prevention and sports physiology. He founded Swimming Injuries Awareness to provide accessible, research-informed resources for youth swimmers.
