Awareness alone doesn’t prevent injuries. Clear rules and a plan do. Over time, I’ve learned that making decisions in the moment is difficult unless those decisions are defined in advance.
This system is how I manage pain, fatigue, and training load so I can stay consistent and avoid repeating past injuries.
